International Orders

Shipping Information

Any order requiring International Shipping will be sent via Overnight Express. However, Overnight Express does not guarantee overnight delivery. Non-continental US, International Shipping and insurance prices will depend on the location and value of the purchase and are not included in the purchase price from Abazias. International shipping costs vary, but average $75.00 to $150.00. For any diamond or jewelry orders placed with Abazias, one of our diamond specialists will be happy to discuss shipping prices and time frame with you prior to shipment. Packages are doubled boxed and insured for your protection.

Abazias reserves the right to refuse any International Order at our discretion. Due to the variations in the global economy countries to which we deliver to may vary from time to time and are subject to change without notice. In the event we are not able to ship to your location, you will be informed immediately. Please contact a diamond specialist if you wish inquire about the availability to ship to your country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on destination of the order, the addressee of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are collected once a parcel reaches your country. Additional charges for customs must be borne by the addressee; Abazias has no control over these costs and cannot predict what the total amount will be. Customs will require payment of these taxes and/or duties prior to delivery. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs agent to get an accurate quote for the value of these taxes and/or duties.

Sales Tax Information

International orders are not subject to United States sales taxes, but customers are responsible for any Duties, VAT, and charges by customs.

Payment Options

Credit Cards

Abazias currently accepts both Mastercard and VISA for international credit card orders.

Abazias can also accept payment for international orders by money order, bank wire or cashiers check.

Wire Transfers

All cash transactions will receive a 2.3% discount on the total purchasing price. We will provide the customer with all the bank information to conduct the transaction. All International wire transfers can take 3 - 10 business days to clear. Once we receive your full wire transfer, your purchase will be shipped the next UPS shipping day following the order fulfillment.

International Return Policy

Any items purchased and shipped internationally will have a return period of 10 days from the time you receive the item. If you choose to return an item that has been shipped internationally, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item including, but not limited to postage, duties, fees and customs.
