The long-awaited merger between leading online diamond and jewelry retailer Abazias Diamonds and OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. has been completed.

Gainesville, FL September 1, 2009 - This week, Abazias Diamonds formerly OTCBB:ABZA announced its merger with OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. OTCBB:ORHI to become a fully owned subsidiary of the latter. OmniReliant has acquired 100% of both the issued and outstanding shares of Abazias.
