International Diamond Laboratories Issues First Diamond Certificate

Dubai is considered to be a Mecca for jewelry for those in the jewelry industry, and with the first issuance of a diamond certificate from their International Diamond Laboratories, it is very clear that Dubai is also making their presence even more profound in the diamond industry as well. It is common is to see diamond certificates from such grading laboratories as the Gemological Institute of America, the European Gemological Lab, and the American Gem Society, and now that International Diamond Laboratory has officially made their first diamond certificate on a 24 carat pear shaped diamond. The future of certified diamonds may contain IDL certificates in the same magnitude of the other diamond grading laboratories that are so well known.

The diamond certificate that was issued by Dubai based Diamond International Laboratories is quite different from any other diamond certificate from any other lab since it features Arabic on all of the diamond stats with the exception of the diamond grade and diamond color in English. Vice chairman of International Diamond Laboratories Ahmed bin Sulayem states that the 24 carat pear shaped diamond's certificate being written in Arabic is a representation of the innovation and creativity that International Diamond Laboratory embraces.

The 24 carat pear shaped diamond certified by the International Diamond Laboratory was presented to the deputy managing director of Damas Jewellery, and Ahmed Sulayem believes that the diamond certificate in Arabic will give the consumer a better view of the true value of the diamond.
