    Garnet for Capricorn, Virgo and Leo

    Garnets can be found worldwide and are a part of the Silicate Family.  The Garnet is a beautiful dark red gem, sometimes with a shade of brown, black or green.  The Crystal System is Isometric and the Hardness is around 6 – 7.5

    This stone has been used for ages as a talisman by kings, rulers, knights and warriors.  It is also considered to be a stone of enlightenment by followers of the Buddhist and Hindu faith, and was valued for the same reason by the Aztec and Mayan cultures.
