The Brauna 11 kimberlite dike, located in Bahia Brazil, is continuing to produce great gem quality diamonds. Recently, a total amount of 19 diamonds averaging 0.15 carats was recovered. The total weight of all of the diamonds recovered from the mine weighed in at 2.81 carats. The largest diamond found in this sampling was almost one carat in size.
