For those of you who have been living on another planet, Bella Swan is the lead character of the Twilight Saga and is being played by the beautiful Kristen Stewart.

Bella Swan’s wedding dress, that Kristen Stewart will wear in the much awaited wedding between her and Robert Pattinson playing Edward Cullen, has been designed by the legendary fashion designer Carolina Herrera. It is also worth mentioning here that there are rumors that the whole wedding is worth seeing as well.
Carolina Herrera, when asked about her aspirations and expectations from the Bella Swan wedding dress, stated that she cannot wait to see the reactions from all the fans of Twilight who have been waiting to take a look for so long. She went on to say that, on a personal level, the whole project was so special to her that she has already saved the sketches and everything else connected to it.
When Carolina Herrera was asked about how she created the wedding dress for Bella Swan and where she got her inspiration from, she explained that she had two sources from which she drew heavily from. The first of these was, as is only obvious, the books written by Stephanie Meyer, the author of the series. The second was the author herself, who gave Carolina Herrera detailed descriptions of how she had visualized the wedding dress in her head when she was writing the books.
In her earlier interviews, Stephanie Meyer has also described the dress in the media using the term ‘interesting mix’ to define it. When she went into details, she described the Bella Swan wedding dress as the perfect combination of traditional designs and modern edginess. Stephanie Meyer also appreciated the way Kristen Stewart managed to pull off the wedding dress, calling her ‘lithe and unbelievable’.
