Default Different styles of engagement rings

Hey all. I was hoping some might be able to help me. I'm in the process of getting ideas for my engagement ring, and am looking for a ring that is a bit different from the norm. I'd like something with some sort of design/etching work to it, vs just some side stones or a solitaire. I'm an artist, and I like things that are going to be unique and never seen before. Thanks!

You can go for a cathedral setting diamond ring where the diamond is set on the elevated metal which gives an illusion of a cathedral, hence the name. Here, the diamond is at such an elevated position and the entire stone is visible as it is held at its sides. This setting particularly gives the ring a vintage look.
